Neven Boyanov

Neven Boyanov is a co-founder of Interlecta and currently serves as Managing Director – Product and Software Development. He is responsible for helping drive the company’s technological innovations and strategy, and works closely with its senior executive team, alliance partners and customers to align these efforts with Interlecta’s corporate goals. As a motivator and visionary, he pushes the organization to stretch beyond its current capabilities – not just in technology, but also in its strategic partnerships and new business models.

Neven is a regular contributor to various Bulgarian technical publications, forums and events as well as a sponsor of regional and national youth competitions for mathematics and computer science.

He is a frequent guest lecturer on machine translation, mobile technologies and entrepreneurship at St. St. Cyril and Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo, as well as at other regional start-up and business forums.

Prior to founding Interlecta in 2007, Neven had spent the previous 17 years leading engineering teams in the design and development of enterprise level client-server and mobile software solutions. He held senior and engineering positions at One Small World, TheOne Technology Group, Portellus and Transclick. At these various start-up companies his primary focus was on client-server technologies, machine translation specializing in localization and multilingual content.

In 1999 he also founded the development company AppletWorks, which is currently operational and supports larger Interlecta initiatives and projects.

Neven continues in his studies of Mathematics and Computer Science at Saints Cyril and Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo.

Frank E. Fleming

Since founding Interlecta in 2007, Frank has focused on defining and executing on mobile and online strategies while directing the growth of the company from a EU start-up to a global enterprise. During this period, Interlecta has dramatically scaled its infrastructure while broadening its Mobile Application Development Products and Services. His background uniquely prepares him to lead Interlecta’s development of these most current and vital solutions focusing on the Global Mobile Community. With co-founder Neven Boyanov, Frank oversees the company’s technical and business strategy.

Mr Fleming holds a BA from McGill University, Montreal, PQ, Canada.
